Salt Lake City in the Summah Time

I’m out here in Salt Lake City, Utah. This year marks the 20th Anniversary of USANA Health Sciences; the nutrition and health company we partner with when we’re coaching our clients. Today wasn’t really all that much about USANA, though it was good to see the new logo in the airport:

We’ll be seeing plenty more of that over the next few days as we celebrate 20 years with folks like John C. Maxwell, Denis Waitley, Dr. Myron Wentz, Larry King, and Dr. Mehmet Oz. Should be a very cool event.

Other cool things from today: we walked through the Temple Square and saw the fascinating Mormon Temple. We even caught a wedding…well, the outside part.

Then we visited the new City Creek Center, featuring a ton of shops, fountains, kid-friendly activities, dog-friendly walking areas, and a lot of natural scenery.

We also had lunch a table over from the Utah Governor, but based on the stern security guys, I won’t post that pic. 😉

What else? We topped 20,000 steps for the first time (according to our Fitbit). That was just under 10 miles. Don’t worry, we stayed hydrated the whole day.

Nothing special to report on the meal front. We visited a couple of non-chain restaurants for lunch and dinner. Oh, and the in-flight movie was The Avengers. So much for sleeping on the plane!

Check out video and pics below. Scenery is beautiful. Wish you were here.

One Love,

nK
